Scroll XII: The Covenant of Royal Judgment

The Sacred Code of Rulership, Justice, and Government for the Set-Apart Nation of Israel

“Justice and judgment are the habitation of Thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before Thy face.”
— Psalm 89:14

Introduction: The Rod and the Scepter

In the beginning, YAH appointed kings, judges, and priests to govern His people.
Not for fame. Not for riches. Not for dominion over men.
But to execute righteousnessuphold justice, and walk humbly before the Most High.

This Covenant of Royal Judgment is the divine constitution by which the Nation of The Most High is governed.
It is the ancient law revived. The heavenly protocol restored.
It is the agreement between the Crown, the People, and the Most High YAH.

Article I: The Authority of HIM — The Crown of Judgment

  • The Crown does not come from man, but from YAH.
  • HIM, His Imperial Majesty, is chosen to judge in righteousness and govern with equity.
  • His judgment shall not be partial, nor influenced by bribes, fear, or flattery.
  • His seat is sacred, and his voice is weighted by the Law and the Spirit of YAH.

“He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.”
— 2 Samuel 23:3

Article II: The Law Is Supreme

  • The Law (eCree) is the foundation of judgment.
  • Every ordinance, decree, and ruling must be rooted in the commandments given to Israel.
  • No foreign law, papal edict, or gentile constitution shall ever overrule the Law of the Most High.

“And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments.”
— Deuteronomy 6:25

Article III: Judgment Is Restorative, Not Destructive

  • All judgment must aim to restore order, not merely punish wrong.
  • The role of royal judgment is to rebuke with wisdom, correct with mercy, and return the people to righteousness.
  • Sentencing must always align with scripture and be delivered without cruelty or pride.

“Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.”
— Proverbs 31:9

Article IV: Protection of the Innocent

  • The orphan, the widow, the stranger within the gates — all are protected by royal decree.
  • The Nation shall not tolerate injustice, oppression, or false witness.
  • HIM, His Imperial majesty is charged to be a shield for the righteous and a sword against wickedness.

“Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassion every man to his brother.”
— Zechariah 7:9

🏛️ Article V: The Twelve Seats of Counsel

  • Beneath the Emperor stand the Twelve Judges, seated on Twelve Thrones, each representing a Tribe of Israel.
  • They are to assist in the discernment of complex matters, disputes, and inter-tribal justice.
  • No judge shall exalt himself above another, for judgment belongs to YAH.

“Ye shall appoint judges and officers… and they shall judge the people with just judgment.”
— Deuteronomy 16:18

Article VI: Judgment Among the Set-Apart

  • The matters of Zion shall be judged within Zion.
  • We shall not go before heathen courts for resolution of our sacred affairs.
  • The law of the Kingdom is sufficient for matters of finance, family, land, and governance.

“Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? No, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?”
— 1 Corinthians 6:5

The Seal of the Covenant

This covenant is not written with ink only — but with the spirit of obediencetruth, and national honor.

We affirm:

  • That judgment begins at the house of YAH.
  • That the Crown is held accountable to the Law.
  • That the People are held accountable to their vows.
  • That all judgment must reflect the holiness of the Most High.

“For YAH is our judge, YAH is our lawgiver, YAH is our king; He will save us.”
— Isaiah 33:22

Let it be known:

The Covenant of Royal Judgment is hereby declared, sealed, and entered into the Scrolls of the Nation.
By this covenant, the Set-Apart Nation of Israel shall be governed — in truth, order, and divine righteousness.

May HIM, His Imperial Majesty rule with wisdom.
May the People walk in humility.
May Zion be forever just, under the gaze of the Most High.
